Shake 5
It's been a while since I (now it's a we) made a shake. This one tasted extraordinary that I just had to write about it (mainly to not forget about it later on), so here it goes:
Quick Meal Update
Saturday's Food Plan: Breakfast: Home made Oat milk, Bananas & Dates shake. Lunch/Dinner: A massive amount of Home Made Hummus (with home made Tahini OF COURSE!)
Green Smoothie
The Spinach definitely gave it a green-fresh taste, very refreshing! The best thing to drink before going for a workout, have a good one.
