A few weeks ago, on IFA (tech conference) in Berlin,
Samsung unveiled its new camera, the Samsung Galaxy Camera.
The device runs on Android Jelly Bean.
It has 16 Megapixels, 1.4 QuadCore processor and 8GB built in memory.

Sadly, it doesn't have actual telephone capabilities.
Wasn't the whole point of cameras on smartphone to integrate 2 devices together?
Why are the devices getting separated again?
The camera specs, are just not impressive enough (in my opinion) to get someone to buy it in additional to a smartphone.
It would even be better if they design a smartphone with a camera lense,
for the real photography enthusiasts out there.

I might be wrong, guess that only time will tell us if this product will catch on.
Though I honestly think that a company like Samsung could come up with a better solution than just sticking Android in a digital camera.
