Today I decided to add something that might sound a little odd at first,
but I definitely recommend it!


  • 1 Huge Apple (a red delicious, just about 350 gr, it's HUGE!)
  • 1 Orange (juiced, not whole)
  • 1 whole Clementine
  • 1 slice of Ginger (amazing for flavor, especially for people who usually don't like ginger!)
  • 1 handful of Spinach (oh yeah) + a couple of lemon grass leaves
  • 1 Multi Vitamin tablet



The Spinach definitely gave it a green-fresh taste, very refreshing!
The best thing to drink before going for a workout, have a good one.
