For the past 2 months I've been drinking

every single morning 1 Liter fruit shake.



This is probably one of the best things I've done for myself.

It's pretty much like an Energy bomb. Wakes me up completely.

(of course I can't say the same about the 1 hour ride to the Uni)



Anyways, I thought why not share the goods ones here,

So here's today's shake:



Ingredients:

  • 3/4 Pineapple
  • 2 Bananas
  • a small piece of Ginger (gives an AWESOME flavor, and is very very healthy)
  • Half a glass of Soy Milk (just to get things running in the blender)




Preparation:

This will stay the same for every shake so I'll write it down only once.

  • Cut all the fruits
  • put them in the blender
  • turn the on switch

Verdict:
9/10

A very smooth taste, the Pineapple is very sweet,

a great way to start the day
