- 5-6 Clementines (the juice is so orangey, I love it!)
- 8-10 Dates (Fresh, did you know that they add sugar to the preserved?)
- 4-6 Bananas (That's a lot of bananas for a shake)
- Iron tablet.
The mother of all sweet things! Holy crap you have to try it to believe it!!
