Went to see an apartment today, in Neuköln.
I think it was my first time that I've been to Neuköln
(at least the first time I was aware of that).
I love the neighborhood, it's a really fast paced multicultural
pub filled downtown part of Berlin.
The living costs are cheaper as well and the place is filled
with Pubs, Bars, Clubs and what not..
However, the apartment was utterly shit.

Apartment Details:
Street: Karl-Marx-Str. 119
Stadtteil (District): Neuköln
Rent (With *Nebenkosten): 490 Euro

Reason number 1 the apartment is shit,
Why the fuck is there a Shower in the Kitchen ?!

At any rate the Bathroom was like 1.8 Meter tall
(I'm a tall person, this means I have to duck every time I
enter the bathroom, that's unacceptable).

Afterwards I went with a good friend that lives really close by
through a beautiful park in the near:

I'll Finish today's post with 1 word of advice.
Just because something is sold in the U-bahn
for 1 euro, and it looks good on the window,
doesn't mean it's actually good.
Now I realize that until now I was dead on.
Everything was simply finger-licking good.
But unfortunately this time I was wrong.
So a great word of advice, don't buy this one:

*Nebenkosten means Water and Heat as far as I know.
