Green Smoothie

Today I decided to add something that might sound a little odd at first,
but I definitely recommend it!

Ingredients:
- 1 Huge Apple (a red delicious, just about 350 gr, it’s HUGE!)
- 1 Orange (juiced, not whole)
- 1 whole Clementine
- 1 slice of Ginger (amazing for flavor, especially for people who usually don’t like ginger!)
- 1 handful of Spinach (oh yeah) + a couple of lemon grass leaves
- 1 Multi Vitamin tablet
Verdict:
9/10
The Spinach definitely gave it a green-fresh taste, very refreshing!
The best thing to drink before going for a workout, have a good one.

Today’s shake turned out a little heavy.
I think I should’ve put a little more soy milk and a little less dates.
Ingredients:
2 Bananas
1 Apple (pretty large)
1 Pear
5-6 Dates (one of the most delicious fruits of all time)
A small piece of Ginger
A cup of soy milk
A vitamin D tablet (not a must, but why not).
Verdict:
7/10
Tastes very good, but just too damn thick,
It’s all about proportions..
