<li>1 whole <strong>Clementine</strong></li>
<li>1 slice of <strong>Ginger</strong> (amazing for flavor, especially for people who usually don&#8217;t like ginger!)</li>
<li>1 handful of <strong>Spinach</strong> (oh yeah) + a couple of lemon grass leaves</li>
<li>1 Multi Vitamin tablet</li>
</ul>

<p><strong> Verdict: </strong><br />
<strong style="color: red;">9/10</strong></p>
<p>The Spinach definitely gave it a green-fresh taste, very refreshing!<br />
The best thing to drink before going for a workout, have a good one.</p>

<li>Half a glass of Soy Milk (just to get things running in the blender)</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preparation:</strong><br />
This will stay the same for every shake so I&#8217;ll write it down only once. </p>
<ul>
<li>Cut all the fruits</li>
<li>put them in the blender</li>
<li>turn the <strong>on</strong> switch</li>
</ul>
<p><strong> Verdict: </strong><br />
<strong style="color:red">9/10</strong><br />
A very smooth taste, the Pineapple is very sweet, <br />
a great way to start the day</p>

<p>In fact, it was grounded properly,<br />
much like the way a child might not &#8220;fit in&#8221;<br />
with the school system and thus get bad grades,<br />
the texture of a certain part of my food wasn&#8217;t fitting in with the big casserole.<br />
But who am I to tell him he should fit in?</p>
<p>perhaps he&#8217;s right, perhaps they are wrong.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Friday afternoon I made 3 Liters of Soy Milk<br />

At any rate, the process making of soy milk is pretty simple:</p>
<p>Put the soy beans in water for 8-12 hours<br />
(I just put them and forget about it for a day),<br />
Put them in the blender with water in the ratio of 1/2.5<br />
(1 cup soy, 2.5 cups water, or 2? or 3? just try it and see),<br />
Then cook the mix until it boils (very recommended, makes it easier to strain afterwards), Wait until it cools down and strain it through a cloth (I use a kitchen towel).</p>

<p>During the cooking process you can of course add a Vanilla stick or Cinnamon or whatnot.</p>
<p>Once you strain the soy milk, the leftovers you have<br />
(the pieces that didn&#8217;t make it through the strain)<br />
are called Okara, which is a very useful ingredient as it has many, many recipes online.</p>
<p>In my case, I decided to make sort of an Okara-Burger, followed no recipe by the way.</p>
<p>I used:<br />
1 Jar of Okara (2-3 Cups)<br />
1.5 Cups of Tomato Sauce (basically tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, and a chilli pepper)<br />
2 Onions<br />
2 Garlic Cloves.</p>
<p>After chopping the onion and garlic, I just mixed everything up,<br />
made small patties and put them for 15 minutes in an oven (250 degrees)<br />
It was delicious! Although very breakable they do have a texture resembling meat..<br />
I think it should be a lot more similar if making a Bolognese sauce</p>
