A new project

on May.13, 2011, under Brainstorming, Technology

It’s only when you start working on something new,
or re-work on something old with intense motivation,
that you really appreciate any new music coming your way.

Most importantly, it should be loud, wild, and jumping.
Them Crooked Vultures to the rescue!

A mega-band made of Dave Grohl (Foo Fighters) on the drums,
Josh Homme (Queens of the Stone Age) and John Paul Jones (Led Zeppelin).
With a single album that would rock your socks off!

At any rate, I’ve been working on a new project, something collective
that should be running in the next week or two.. I have a feeling
I’ll be posting something about it here once it’s ready.

Small footnote (unrelated matter, really):
I’ve been taking some time the last couple of weeks to develop
with Android, and I was really surprised at how horribly unfriendly
every step of the way is, from the lack of proper cookbooks, the useless
emulator (if crashes 10 times, and takes 40 mins to load, it’s useless),
even good ideas like App Inventor are useless because you can’t export
what you did !
Anyway, I really hope Google would do something about it, instead of
closing source, choosing the same system to be for 2 completely different
devices and just making it crappier (ever heard of forking? it’s pretty basic)

Until next time.
